Prohibited Uses You may not use this service for illegal, abusive, harmful, or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to: Illegal activities or activities that violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. NSFW, sexual, pornographic, or sexually explicit content. Violent, horrific, graphic, bloody, or otherwise disturbing content. Using role-play tools, API access, relay access, jailbreak prompts, or similar methods to generate prohibited content. Content involving minors, including sexual, exploitative, abusive, grooming, or otherwise inappropriate content. Infringing another person's privacy, reputation, personal rights, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights. Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, gambling, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful financial activity. Conduct that endangers national security, public safety, public order, critical infrastructure, or the lawful rights and interests of others. Enforcement The platform may use keyword filtering, content filtering, risk controls, traffic analysis, or other safety mechanisms to block, reject, or limit requests. Repeated, intentional, or severe violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of the relevant account. Where permitted by applicable law and platform rules, remaining balance may be forfeited and no refund will be provided. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities, preserved for investigation, and handled in cooperation with lawful requests. Users bear full legal responsibility for violations caused by their own access to or use of the service. Additional Terms Users are responsible for protecting their API keys, account credentials, devices, and access permissions. Losses caused by disclosure, sharing, theft, misuse, weak passwords, unsafe devices, or improper custody of credentials are borne by the user. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service, and is not liable for interruptions, delays, data loss, access failure, or service instability caused by force majeure, network failures, upstream provider issues, maintenance, security incidents, technical faults, policy changes, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
